Our regular hours are:
Sales: Mon–Sat 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Sun 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Service: Mon–Fri 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Sun Closed
Parts: Mon–Fri 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Sun Closed
Q: Do I need an appointment for sales or service?
A: Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments help ensure we’re ready for you (especially for test drives or service). You can schedule online.
Q: What Ford models or vehicle types do you carry?
A: We carry a full lineup of new Ford vehicles (trucks, SUVs, cars, EVs) and also maintain a used / certified pre-owned inventory.
Q: Do you cater to Spanish / Tagalog / other language speakers?
A: Yes — we support English, Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin (and possibly more) at our dealership.

2. Buying New, Used & Certified Pre-Owned (CPO)
Q: How often is your inventory updated online?
A: We update our inventory daily to reflect current availability.
Q: Can I reserve or hold a vehicle online?
A: Yes — we offer an online reservation (or “hold”) option. Contact us to confirm availability.
Q: What is “Ford Blue Advantage™ / Certified Pre-Owned”?
A: Blue Advantage / CPO vehicles undergo multi‑point inspections, come with limited warranties, and include perks like 24/7 roadside assistance.
Q: Do you accept trade-ins?
A: Yes. You can get a trade‑in appraisal by bringing your car in, or start online (we’ll need vehicle details, condition, mileage). We use market data, condition, and demand to determine value.
Q: Can I sell you my car without buying from you?
A: In many cases, yes — we may purchase certain vehicles outright, depending on condition, title status, etc.

3. Financing & Payment
Q: Do you offer financing / leasing?
A: Yes. We work with multiple lenders and have in-house options for qualified buyers.
Q: Can I apply for credit online?
A: Yes — use our online finance application to get pre-qualified.
Q: What credit scores do you work with?
A: We work with a range of credit profiles. Even if your credit isn’t perfect, we’ll explore options.
Q: What down payment is required?
A: It depends on your credit, vehicle, and lender. We’ll let you know your options during the process.
Q: Are there current special offers, incentives, or rebates?

4. Service, Maintenance & Parts
Q: Do you have a service center? What services do you offer?
A: Yes — we handle routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires), warranty work, diagnostics, and more.
Q: Can I schedule service online?
A: Yes — use our “Schedule Service” form to pick a date/time.
Q: Do you offer vehicle pickup & delivery or loaner/shuttle service?
A: Yes, we offer Ford Pickup & Delivery™ service. We may also have loaner vehicles or shuttle service (confirm availability when scheduling).
Q: Are your technicians certified?
A: Yes — our service techs are factory trained and certified to work on Ford vehicles.
Q: Can I order parts or accessories?
A: Absolutely — use our Parts Center to order genuine Ford parts.

5. Registration, Warranties & Documentation
Q: Do you handle title transfers, registration, licensing?
A: Yes — we take care of most paperwork, including emission fees, taxes, and registration (in CA).
Q: What documents do I need when buying?
A: Required documents include:
A valid driver’s license
Proof of insurance
Proof of income / employment
Trade-in title (if applicable)

Q: Are extended warranties available?
