Brought my vehicle in for 3 issues: tapping noise at 30–60 mph, FordPass not connecting (no modem ESN), and bucking at low speeds (15–20 mph). I specifically requested the DPFE sensor be tested. After two drop-offs and a ride-along where we replicated all 3 issues, they only fixed the tire noise. The bucking and radio issues were dismissed. No updates were added to my file after the ride-along.

MISREPRESENTED WARRANTY terms on a used car. Bought 84 month(7 years)/100,000 mile extended warranty on 2018 Ford Edge that we purchased in 2021. The warranty expired 5/27/2025. We had the warranty a 2 months shy of 4 years, mileage 49,000 miles. It cost $4000. The service department guys are excellent! I will not buy a car here again!!

I had a wonderful experience with at All Star Ford while purchasing a used vehicle. Mike was incredibly professional and diligent. He even made sure that the car was cleaned and thoroughly inspected a second time before we drove off with it. The dealership had no problem with us taking our time to test drive and check the vehicle for any issues/damage.
I was equally impressed by the financial manager we had, she was very courteous and not at all pushy, encouraging us to thoroughly read each document before signing.

Although I would not recommend their service department (not the most reliable) - Their sales department is phenomenal!!! Mike helped me get my dream car for a great rate all within a few hours. If you want to buy a car this is the place to go and Mike is the guy to see. He was able to work with me. I was worried coming here that I wouldn't be able to leave with a car but he somehow made magic happen. Having his help changed everything and he remembers what you tell him super attentive to his customers needs.

Al-Star Ford is a top notch service center. I went in for an oil change, they found and additional life threatening problem. They informed me of the problem and price. I returned the following day when the part arrived. The service was preformed awesomely, car left very clean and I feel much better driving.

Got a nail on my tire causing a flat , my hybrid does not carry a spare tire so I had it towed to ford dealership thinking perhaps they will fix at not cost. I called them but they never told me that it would cost 50$ till they received the car. All they said was that can fix it. They were able to service my car on very short notice and that is much appreciated because I had planned a trip starting the day after the service. They also inspected my brakes and my rear brakes were getting close to the end of life and they were able to replace the rear pads as well. So they gave me a wheel alignment, repaired a tire that had a nail in it and installed rear brake pads all on short notice. Thank you All Star Ford.

The "Ford certified" claim is a lie. We bought an expedition from them had it for two weeks before the transmission started slipping and then a loud clunk. It's been in the shop now for almost a month. While in the shop they inspected the grinding noise of drivers side window and realized it was previously broken into and had broken glass in the door frame. So who knows what's next to break but I would stay far away from this place, they are crooked and sold us a lemon.
This dealership is dishonest. They back dated documents. There is a 10 day law in California. They have 10 days to find you financing or notify you they want to cancel. This dealership sent me a letter stating that they want to cancel and the envelope it came in had a tracking number. Looked up the tracking info and tracking shows they mailed it on 5.28.2024 and they back dated the letter to 5.16.2024. I know that 5.21.2024 would have been 10 days.. I brought my ford f-150 in because the screen was black and needed to have the APIM replaced. I was told the part would take 2 business days to come in and would be installed the same day it came in. So I left it there until the part came in. The day after my appointment to inspect the problem I received a call around 3 PM letting me know the part arrived early and was installed and my truck was ready for pickup! I was very pleased that it was done quickly and is now working great!
Straight up high pressure grease. They are inflexible and outright lie. Sold me a car and swapped the terms and now im stuck with it because even though contract changed he was gonna push it through with or without my signature. Be warned.

Took my 2015 Edge for oil change and was told I have an OIL LEAK and they will check it for $200. I only have 39,000 miles on it. It does NOT use any oil between oil changes and there is NO OIL on my driveway or garage floor!

Communication was very poor. Part on back order with no ETA. No rental offered. When I came in to get something from my car I was told the car was done just needed a test drive and car wash and that it would be ready in the morning. I didn’t get a call until 12 noon and then still had to wait for it to be washed.

Brought a work truck (22 Ranger XL) in for a check engine light on Saturday. I was informed that they could only diagnose the truck during the weekday which is inconvenient for me. But I stayed around and looked at SUVs and was really happy that I didn't buy here although the service was good! The bonus was the Bluetooth Speaker that was given as a gift. For a dealership, in my opinion this is a good place to buy a new car
