We have received good service from All Star Ford. However, after they did my oil service they didn’t update the “Oil Life” setting in the Ford app that show how much oil life I have left.

Have been taking my cars to All Star Ford for almost 10 years now. All advisors have been courteous and communicative. Work was completed in an acceptable time and enjoying a cup of coffee while you wait in the lounge is a plus, however I do miss the banana mini loaves! I was just in a couple days ago, Eric helped me! I called to see if they could squeeze me in for routine oil change and they had availability on the spot. In and out within one hour. I always get treated professionally when I go to All Star Ford. I called at 12:30 in the afternoon so that could be there in 45 minutes.
