If you want to buy a car this is the place to go and Mike is the guy to see. He was able to work with me. Al-Star Ford is a top notch service center. I went in for an oil change, they found and additional life threatening problem. They informed me of the problem and price. I returned the following day when the part arrived. The service was preformed awesomely, car left very clean and I feel much better driving.

I came in for an oil change which would normally take bet 1-2 hours with other dealerships, it took them just half an hour and I was out,even gave me a service coupon from my advisor.

Got a nail on my tire causing a flat , my hybrid does not carry a spare tire so I had it towed to ford dealership thinking perhaps they will fix at not cost. I called them but they never told me that it would cost 50$ till they received the car. All they said was that can fix it. I was disappointed given that my service for tires in the past to fix a leak did not cost me. I would recommend that ford service be upfront with there cost before sending them the car, this way I had an opportunity ...
They were able to service my car on very short notice and that is much appreciated because I had planned a trip starting the day after the service. They also inspected my brakes and my rear brakes were getting close to the end of life and they were able to replace the rear pads as well. So they gave me a wheel alignment, repaired a tire that had a nail in it and installed rear brake pads all on short notice. Thank you All Star Ford.

I brought my ford f-150 in because the screen was black and needed to have the APIM replaced. I was told the part would take 2 business days to come in and would be installed the same day it came in. So I left it there until the part came in. The day after my appointment to inspect the problem I received a call around 3 PM letting me know the part arrived early and was installed and my truck was ready for pickup! I was very pleased that it was done quickly and is now working great!
Good response to all issue found during process would recommend this dealer over some other I have used prior.

We bought a new Expedition from Jose and we couldn’t have been happier. We are a Ford family and will buy out of state and have shipped or travel down to southern CA for the best price. He wasn’t pushy but eager and excited. It was a pleasure working with him and I love my new car!

First time that my car was done in an hour. WilliamsIII listened to my needs and delivered.
There were five recalls on my F250. Four were completed and they delivered my truck back to me waiting on the part for the fifth. They are also picking it up and returning it to me when the fifth does come. This is an awesome dealership, and the service is tremendous.

Jose Hernandez was incredible. Communicated with me every step of the way. Friendly and helpful. very respectful. Chris, in finance, was very nice. The only drawback for the entire experience was how long it took. I arrived at noon, spoke with Jose and did a test drive. Jose even filled the gas tank on the test drive! we got back by 12:45 and I didn't leave to go home until close to 3:00. I don't know why the paperwork took so long since I wrote a check for the vehicle. All in all, a good experience - beautiful and clean ...
